We are seeking a Product & Engagement Senior Consultant to join our Tax Technology Consulting team in Thessaloniki. The successful candidate will work as the Product & Engagement Lead for our AI platform used across professional services, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering, and translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, enabling an AI platform to serve professional services at scale.
Requirements
- Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business needs from service lines into clear, prioritized, and testable technical requirements.
- Lead regular stakeholder updates to leadership and service line heads.
- Define onboarding processes and service-level frameworks for platform users.
- Schedule and lead business meetings, workshops, product demos, and roadmap reviews.
- Establish and maintain usage analytics, adoption metrics, and ROI reporting for leadership.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead to prioritize R&D investment, balancing innovation with delivery commitments.
- Filter, prioritize, and sequence work so the engineering team receives clean, estimated, and actionable tasks.
- Manage and mentor the Service Line Engagement Analyst.
