Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting

The Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting oversees all enterprise-wide accounting operations and financial reporting activities. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller, this role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements while leading the end to end financial data lifecycle.

Requirements

• Leads the preparation, review, and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SAP
• Provides technical and regulatory interpretation for complex accounting issues
• Drives continuous improvement in reporting systems and processes
• Collaborates across finance and enterprise teams to align reporting with strategic objectives
• Leads scenario planning and critical analysis to assess financial implications of business initiatives and regulatory changes
• Champions internal controls and risk mitigation strategies
• Inspires and develops a high‐performing team
