Sales Supervisor Part Time - 7FAM

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to assist Store Manager with daily operations including sales, customer service, and training. The role involves driving sales, coaching and developing a team, and ensuring high customer engagement. As part of a Store Management Team, the Sales Supervisor supports with implementing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong leadership ability
• Strong time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of initiative/self-starter
• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register
• Regularly interacts with the public in an often crowded and noisy environment.
• Standing required for entire work shift.
• Must work weekend and night shifts.
• Climb ladders as needed.
