Sales Supervisor Part Time - 7FAM

7 For All Mankind is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to join their team and assist the Store Manager with daily store operations. The role involves sales, customer service, recruiting, training, and ensuring store standards are met. The Sales Supervisor will drive sales, provide exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the continued success of the brand. They will also assist with financial/sales and inventory audits, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Strong time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures.
• Ability to operate office equipment (i.e., computers, phone, fax, scanner and copier).
• Must work weekend and night shifts.
• 7 foot tall and must climb ladders as needed.
