Job Description
Taylor Corporation is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to lead and manage ongoing support, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in leadership and deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ERP experience
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion (SCM or Manufacturing focus preferred)
- Experience managing production support in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
- Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
- Excellent executive communication skills
