Job Description
Join our international organization as a Commercial Data Analyst and enjoy a hybrid work model and flexible working hours. Translate business needs into actionable insights and reporting solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or reporting roles
- Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboard design, data modeling, visualization), SQL and data environments (e.g., data warehouses, lakehouses)
- Understanding of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in complex, global environments
