Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our supply chain decision-making through high-quality analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within supply chain or operations, and confidence in working with large datasets and ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a high focus on data quality.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to stakeholders across functions and locations.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Very good command of English and Polish to support cooperation with global suppliers and internal teams;
