Job Description
Electrical Installation Foreman role involves leading electrical installations at customer job sites, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, and providing hands-on leadership to installation teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation
- Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings
- Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates
- Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision
- Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input
