Electrical Foreman 2

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation and activities at customer job sites, providing hands-on leadership to installation teams and delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision.
• Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
• Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
• Required to travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
• Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must perform activities like pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience required; technical degree or specialized training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
• Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates.
• Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
• Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
