Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across the Nordics region, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience
• Proven success delivering large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects with strategic impact
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies
• PMP certification highly desirable
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually) to customer sites and meetings in the region
