Job Description
The Democratic Governors Association is seeking a Digital Fundraising Director to lead the execution of the grassroots fundraising program and manage a team of experienced staffers.
Requirements
- Experience leading successful online fundraising operations for Democratic political campaigns, committees, and/or like-minded organizations
- 3+ campaign cycles or equivalent experience managing and driving strategy on fundraising programs
- Experience leading vendor communications for an organization or clients
- Experience writing and/or managing a team writing email and SMS copy for a high-volume program
- Experience producing email and SMS and/or managing a production process, including complex segmenting and testing
- Experience managing projections and digital fundraising budgets
