Job Description
The Configuration Technician I is responsible for the quality delivery of a multitude of technology-related services. The position requires initiative and drive to get the job done right and ability to learn from fellow employees as well as a wish to grow their career and expertise in the technology field.
Requirements
- Configuration and deployment of PC's and mobile devices
- Use and navigation of Windows OS and MS Office
- Navigation of folder and file structure
- Renaming of system(s)
- Use and navigation of Windows Mobile OS, Apple iOS, and Android OS
- Administration of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Use of endpoint management solutions
- Basic hardware knowledge and troubleshooting a plus
- IT Terminology
- Accurately record and track work as it is being done up to and including:
