DenaliTEK seeks a Technical Success Manager to ensure clients' technology environments remain secure, stable, and continuously improving, with strong technical experience and excellent client communication skills.
Requirements
- Strong experience with several of the following: Microsoft 365 / Entra ID, Windows Server and Active Directory, Networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs), Backup and disaster recovery systems, Endpoint management and patching, Virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware), Cybersecurity tools and best practices, MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, IT Glue, and Lifecycle Insights.

- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
