Provide legal and administrative support to Litigation lawyers in a hybrid working environment, preparing court documents, managing files, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Litigation experience in a mid to large sized law firm
- Proficient in legal and administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, time entry, billing, expenses, telephone contact, travel arrangements, and calendar maintenance
- Working knowledge of local court rules and procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent client service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
- Ability to work overtime as needed
