Job Description
Legal Administrative Assistant position providing administrative support to Litigation lawyers in a hybrid working environment. Responsibilities include document preparation, client billing, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- 2+ years Litigation administration experience in a mid- to large-sized law firm
- Proficient in legal secretarial and administrative tasks
- Familiar with local court rules and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent client service
