
Job description
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Inside Sales team to ensure profitable and sustainable growth of the consumables business. Ensure the correct execution of the remote commercial strategy, driving the capture of new opportunities, reactivation of customers, conversion of business, and excellence in virtual channel operations.
Lead the Virtual Sales team, organize and prioritize portfolios, campaigns, opportunities, and commercial focuses. Monitor commercial activity, analyze performance indicators, and define corrective action plans. Perform consultative sales calls, process customer inquiries and shipments, and support special sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of sales experience, previous experience leading commercial teams, and solid experience in consultative sales, business development, and portfolio tracking. Proficiency in MS Office tools, ERP systems, and CRM systems is required. Native or near-native Spanish and good written and spoken English are essential.
