
Job description
Lead, coordinate, and develop the Inside Sales Sales team to ensure sustainable and profitable growth of the consumables business. Ensure the effective execution of the remote commercial strategy by driving new opportunity generation, customer reactivation, business conversion, and operational excellence of the virtual channel.
Lead the Virtual Sales team, organize and prioritize portfolios, campaigns, opportunities, and commercial focus areas. Monitor team commercial activity, analyze performance indicators, and define corrective action plans. Conduct consultative sales calls, handle customer inquiries, and perform customer outreach during sales campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of sales experience, previous experience leading sales teams, and strong experience in consultative selling, business development, and portfolio management. Proficiency in MS Office tools and a CRM system is a plus.
