Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related majors
• Minimum 5 years in marketing communications or brand management, preferably in medical devices, life sciences, healthcare equipment, or high-tech industries
• Proven experience leading brand strategy, marketing communications projects, or academic/training event planning
• At least 3 years of team management experience is a must
• Dental market experience is preferred
• Good leadership and teamwork spirit
• Strong data analytical skills and strategic thinking capability
• Show strong initiative in work
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to build networks and rapport within China (cross-functional and among different departments) and internationally
• Proactiveness
