Requirements

• Adhere to the principle of 'Employee First, Customer Uppermost'
• Complete annual sales targets in designated areas
• Develop and implement regional expansion and business growth plans with distributors
• Assist distributors in managing 'in, out, and storage'
• Responsible for distributor business training, promoting distributor enthusiasm and performance
• Responsible for channel development and expansion in designated areas
• Develop/build and maintain good distribution channels in the region
• Distributor file certification and communication
• Responsible for handling defective products, returns, and complaints
• Report to the superior manager on a regular basis on the sales situation of each distributor and key hospital customers
• Follow up and assist with bidding work in the region
• Superior manager assigned other work
