Job Description
Dentsu is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Malaysia business, providing strategic and practical legal guidance across commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Malaysia, with approximately 6+ years PQE and relevant in-house legal experience preferred.
- Strong commercial contracting experience with the ability to draft, negotiate, and provide practical legal solutions.
- Experience or exposure within media, advertising, technology, or IT-related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
