Payroll Manager

Dentsu is seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead payroll operations across multiple countries, overseeing end-to-end payroll operations, managing vendor partnerships, and driving payroll transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience end to end payroll operations including team management, with deep multi-country exposure and/or Shared Services or regional payroll hub experience preferred.
• Proficient in Workday, experience in managing payroll with in-house and outsourcing is an added advantage.
• Business-level Mandarin fluency is required.
