We're seeking a Senior Director of Business Transformation & Operating Model Strategy to join our team of talented and experienced consultants and marketers focused on helping Merkle clients accelerate their level of marketing maturity through data-driven, customer-centric programs, people/processes and technology platforms.

Requirements

• Lead planning and delivery of strategic consulting engagements
• Lead strategic vision for cross-functional teams
• Drive operational transformation through current-state assessments and process optimization
• Design governance structures and lead organizational change initiatives
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts and C-suite executives
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and business development activities
• Collaborate with internal Merkle teams and partner agencies
