Senior Strategy Consultant

Dentsu is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to join its Business Transformation (BX) practice in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will play a central role in designing and delivering strategies to help businesses unlock growth, adapt to change, and prepare for the future.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work
• Relevant Master's degree from University or Business School
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset – eager to take on responsibility
• Curious mindset and good to adapt in fast-changing environments
