The VP, Partnerships role is responsible for leading strategic partnerships for dentsu Media in the US. The role will operate as a subject matter expert in NextGen Social and develop a partnership strategy for the year, negotiate and deliver partnership agreements, and ensure they deliver against core objectives. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in the digital industry, 5+ years of management experience, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience within the digital industry as a partnership or investment lead at a large agency or partner
- 5+ years of experience management of a team – with proven ability to lead a highly successful team
- Consistent exceptional project management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to retain professionalism in all situations
- Passion for problem-solving and collaboration across teams
- Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make critical business decisions aligned with organizational goals
- Experience in organizational transformation and leading large-scale change management programs
