Employee Relations Generalist II

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations
• Strong investigation and documentation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with HR Information Systems
