Job Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Connecticut Mental Health Center (CMHC) is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join their team as a member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The ideal candidate will have a license as a clinical social worker in the State of Connecticut and experience working in the community with adults with severe and persistent mental health and substance abuse needs.

- Licensure as a clinical social worker in the State of Connecticut
- Experience working in the community with adults with severe and persistent mental health and substance abuse needs
