We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric care team in Middletown, CT. As a Nurse with the CT Department of Children and Families, you will provide nursing care for behavioral health adolescent patients and be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with interprofessional team members to provide patient excellence in care and treatments, provide substantial input regarding patient care needs, and complete comprehensive nursing assessment for adolescents with acute psychiatric and/or dual diagnosis. You will also provide direct patient care that includes education, counseling, medication administration, and documentation of the treatment plan and ongoing interventions of care.
