Job Description
The State of Connecticut is seeking a Qualified Craft Worker (Plumbing and Steamfitting) to maintain the University grounds, including snow removal, events, and athletic fields. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and industrial plumbing systems, knowledge of sanitation and health codes, and ability to work with high-pressure hot water and steam systems.
Requirements
- Four (4) years of experience in tasks in the plumbing and steamfitting trade.
- Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been performing skilled plumbing and steamfitting trades.
- Proven experience working in commercial and industrial plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping, fixtures and equipment;
