Roving Private Secretary (Administration)

The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and flexible administrator to join our team as a rover, covering planned and unplanned absences, and providing support and training across Ministerial Offices as part of the 54th Parliament. In this high impact full time role, you will sub in and provide administration support to the high performing teams supporting Ministers within our coalition government.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an EA / PA or team administration role
• Proficiency in Microsoft programmes
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
• A good sense of humour with the ability to have a laugh and work both closely with your team and autonomously as needed
• An ability to work and problem solve at pace, with maturity and a high level of resilience
• A good knowledge of the machinery of government would be advantageous
