PA/Team Administrator

We are seeking a self-starter that is experienced, with strong administrative and coordination skills, to provide support to two of our people leaders and teams in Wellington CBD location.

Requirements

• Sound judgement and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working independently without regular direction
• A proactive attitude and passion for getting things done
• Ability to quickly pivot between tasks, use your initiative and prioritise effectively
• Experience in providing personal and administrative support to managers and teams (desirable)
• Ability to build strong relationships with others in order to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a complex environment
• Experience working in the public sector or councils would also be an advantage
