Intensive Case Manager - Housing First

Intensive Case Manager - Housing First position at Depaul, a charity supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the homeless sector or a related field
• Deep understanding of the principles of Housing First
• Experience collaborating with various agencies in both voluntary and statutory sectors
• Case management approach
• Ability to work creatively and take initiative
• Experience in lone or off-site working
• Clear comprehension of the case management approach
• Ability to respect service users' rights to confidentiality
