Intensive Case Manager - Housing First position at Depaul, a charity supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the homeless sector or a related field
- Deep understanding of the principles of Housing First
- Experience collaborating with various agencies in both voluntary and statutory sectors
- Case management approach
- Ability to work creatively and take initiative
- Experience in lone or off-site working
- Clear comprehension of the case management approach
- Ability to respect service users' rights to confidentiality
