Job Description
The Court Liaison Paralegal will provide critical support to the legal team in representing the Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) in court hearings and client meetings across the 13-county Region 6. The role involves frequent travel, document preparation, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
- Knowledge of the Texas Family Code and child welfare legal procedures
- Understanding of Texas court filing systems and family court processes
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written communication skills
