Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Houston, TX. The paralegal will assist with employment defense work, including case preparation, document management, and trial preparation. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 5 years minimum litigation paralegal experience
- Experience in employment law a plus
- Experience working with federal and state court litigation cases from onset to trial phase
- Experience with class-actions, and wage and hour productions a plus
- Knowledge of EEOC/CCRD procedures a plus
