Senior Resource Manager

DEPT is looking for a Senior Resource Manager to join their EMEA resourcing team for their Experience team across the Netherlands and Denmark markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital project delivery and resource management, with a background in resource management or creative/technical project management in the digital agency industry. They will be responsible for matching the right talent to the right projects, managing billable headcount, and planning ahead with the Commercial team to align with the business pipeline.

Requirements

• A background in resource management or creative/technical project management, in the digital agency industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a resource management role
• A solid understanding of key digital roles, including PM, UX, UI, Strategy
• Proficiency in resource management software and tools (Extra points if you have Resource Guru experience)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Well organized, process-driven and dedicated, with an outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Business and conversationally proficient English language skills
