We are looking for a strategic & experienced Resource Manager to join our EMEA resourcing team for our Experience & Engineering UK Team. This role is essential in ensuring efficient resource allocation, optimizing utilization, and aligning with business growth in a fast-paced digital environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Resource Management, Engineering Resource Management, or Technical/Digital Project Management within a digital agency or product environment;
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures (EMEA experience is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of digital roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, UX/UI, Project Management);
- Solid understanding of digital product delivery (web, e-commerce, mobile) and cross-functional collaboration;
- Ability to translate project needs into effective staffing plans;
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI;
- Proficiency in resource management tools (Resource Guru experience is a plus);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels;
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and acting as a trusted advisor;
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven;
- Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating complexity;
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and hands-on.
