Job Description
DEPT is a Growth Invention company looking for a Resource Manager to join their EMEA resourcing team for their Experience & Engineering UK Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for matching talent to projects, managing billable headcount, and planning ahead with the Commercial team to align with business pipeline.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Resource Management, Engineering Resource Management, or Technical/Digital Project Management
- Strong knowledge of digital roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Business Analysis, UX/UI, Project Management)
- Solid understanding of digital product delivery (web, e-commerce, mobile) and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proficiency in resource management tools (Resource Guru experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and hands-on
- Business-level English required
