Descartes is seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen its EMEA team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in EDI and B2B customer relationships, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. The role will involve supporting customers during implementation and optimization of EDI processes, analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, and working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service in a B2B environment
- In-depth knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or retail is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English to build relationships at all organisational levels
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and implement strategic customer solutions
- Experience working with ERP/CRM tools and a good understanding of IT and business processes
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction and retention
