Director, Demand Generation

As Director of Demand Generation at Descript, you will define and execute the strategy that fuels our pipeline and revenue growth across our enterprise and self-serve business lines. You'll own full-funnel demand creation from market awareness and lead acquisition to nurturing and conversion.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
• Proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth
• Deep expertise across acquisition, engagement, and nurture channels
• Advanced knowledge of AI-powered marketing stacks and automation workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong command of marketing metrics, attribution, and forecasting
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
