Job Description
Descript is seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead their ecosystem strategy, forging and scaling relationships with partners to drive distribution and enhance product capabilities. This cross-functional role combines business development, product strategy, and co-marketing, requiring strong product intuition and technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will drive ARR through integrations and expand the breadth of Descript’s offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years in partnerships, ecosystem development, or business development at a high-growth SaaS, AI, or media technology company.
- Proven success building integration- and distribution-driven partnerships.
- Deep technical and product intuition.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI, media, or creator ecosystems.
- Strategic + Hands-On experience in partnership strategy and execution.
