Partnership Strategy Manager

trophi.ai is the AI powered coaching platform that transforms how gamers learn, compete, and win. We're looking for a Partnerships Lead to build the right ecosystem around trophi.ai from studios and publishers to hardware makers and platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years in partnerships, BD, or enterprise sales
• 2+ years working with publishers, developers, or studios
• Deep understanding of gaming business models (live ops, UGC, monetization, platforms)
• Proven success hunting and closing high-value opportunities
• POC experience: skilled at scoping, pitching, and converting proof of concepts into scaled partnerships
