We are seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and support the recruitment process, managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other administrative activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an administrative role, ideally supporting talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR
- Proven ability to coordinate complex scheduling and communications in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to contributing to a positive team culture
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consistently professional candidate experience
- High attention to detail and discretion handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new tools quickly
