Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support HUB's South and Central Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment life cycle, providing scheduling and administrative support to the recruiting team, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and driving recruitment processes to provide a seamless candidate and hiring team experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 1-2+ years' experience in a coordinator role supporting an HR or Recruiting team
- Ability to work autonomously but be team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible
