The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the entire recruitment process, provide excellent customer service, and assist with strategic People and Organization Health projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 1-3 years' experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Coordinator
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate information with a high level of confidentiality
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
