Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to deliver strong technical support with a friendly, service-first approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and Mac environments and experience with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 or more years of desktop or end-user support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments
- Experience with hardware and software installation and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking and infrastructure support
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- A+ or Network+ certifications (BONUS)
