Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to one or more managers, carry out secretarial tasks, plan and attend meetings, and help prepare and coordinate events.

Requirements

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in administrative support or another relevant field
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Advanced oral and written communication skills in French
• Proficiency in IT tools and the Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Forms, Oracle)
