Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience

Temporary full-time position as a member and client experience advisory agent to provide support and advice to members and clients, promote Desjardins products and services, and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma in a related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French
• Knowledge of all convenience services products and services
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services
• Ability to enter data in systems
• Knowledge of security measures and legal frameworks
• Understanding of financial services cooperatives philosophy and fundamentals
