Advisory Agent - Member and Client Experience

As a member and client experience advisory agent, you will help give members and clients a better experience, ensure they are satisfied, and promote the organization's cooperative values. You will support and provide advice to members and clients about their banking transactions, promote all Desjardins products and services, and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French
• Knowledge of service standards
• Action oriented, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Differences, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability, Tech savvy
