Advisory Agent - Member and Client Experience

As a member and client experience advisory agent, you will help provide a better experience for members and clients, ensure they are satisfied, and promote the organization's cooperative values. You will support and advise members and clients about their banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, and identify business opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
