As a member and client experience advisory agent, you will help give members and clients a better experience, and ensure they are satisfied. You will provide advice and support on their banking transactions and promote Desjardins products and services. You will also identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can help them with specialized needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French
- Knowledge of all counter and convenience products and services
- Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services
- Knowledge of security measures, legal framework and internal controls
- Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
