Requirements

• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services
• Knowledge of data integration into systems
• Knowledge of security measures, legal supervision, and internal control
• Knowledge of the philosophy and functioning of a financial services cooperative
• Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products and automated transactions
• Knowledge of service standards
